My goal today was to make 75 mini chanel bags, I only made 34 before I ran out of black fondant. Pretty sure my hands are going to be stained forever.

Rufus hates having baths.

I used to wash him in the laundry sink, but he's too big and heavy now to lift in there, so he has to be washed in the bath.

My friends got me a Donna Hay Magazine subscription for my birthday. I got my first magazine today in the mail.

I've been making fondant shoes all day for a client.. I definately think (for the next couple of days) I don't want to see another shoe for a very long time.

I need to make 225 pairs by next Thursday.. Hectic!!

I finally got new blinds!!! Hopefully now Rufus doesn't wake up before 6am, and I don't get scared by potential burglars roaming around the backyard.

My dog got out yesterday. I forgot to check if the gate was closed before putting him out the back, and he ran out on the road and got hit by a car!! The worst part - they didn't even stop to make sure he was ok. They just kept driving. Not ok!

He's recovering today and is moping around the house, but he has high spirits and will slowly get his liveliness back.

I worried for a little that I had ordered something from Borders without remembering... This will be handy research for the Sex and the City cupcakes I have to do in a couple of weeks.

My boyfriend bought me a new camera for my birthday. It's a Diana F. He also bought me a fish eye lens to go with it. Today I finally got some film so I can start using it.
I'm going to take a picture at least once a week with my new camera, but because of it needing to be developed, there will be one day a week that is missing, until I have taken enough pictures to get the whole roll developed.

We went elephant trekking and white water rafting today. So much fun.

We took a tour around the islands today by speedboat. It was amazing! We snorkled and swam in the warm water.
